What is your cancellation policy?
Full payment is required to reserve a vehicle.
If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled rental date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total rental cost.
If you cancel more than 7 days before your rental date, your payment is eligible for a 50% credit valid for up to one year. In select cases, a refund may be approved at our discretion.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
What happens if I receive a ticket or violation?
The renter is fully responsible for all parking tickets, traffic violations, tolls, towing fees, or impound charges incurred during the rental period.
What uses are prohibited?
Rental vehicles may not be used:
- By unauthorized or unlicensed drivers
- For any illegal activity
- For racing, track use, or speed contests
- On unpaved roads
- To tow or push another vehicle
- For commercial hire or ridesharing
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental.
Can I drive the car outside of Florida?
Rental vehicles may not be driven outside the state of Florida without prior written approval from Naples Exotics.
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes. Naples Exotics offers concierge delivery and pickup throughout Naples and surrounding Southwest Florida areas, including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, and more. Delivery fees may apply based on distance and timing.
How long is a one-day rental?
A standard daily rental is 24 hours from the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Can I pre-purchase additional miles?
Additional miles are handled case by case. In most situations, excess mileage is deducted from the security deposit to ensure you’re only charged for miles actually driven.
How many miles are included with my rental?
Most rentals include 100 miles per paid day. In certain cases, Naples Exotics may approve an increased allowance, such as 115 or 125 miles per day, depending on the agreement with the customer.
Some specialty vehicles may have reduced mileage allowances. Please ask for details when booking.
Can there be additional drivers?
Yes. Up to one additional driver may be added per rental agreement. All additional drivers must meet the same age, license, and insurance requirements and be present at delivery.
(Maximum of two drivers per contract.)
What happens if the vehicle is damaged?
Any damage discovered during or after the rental period will be assessed and billed against the security deposit. Remaining funds, if applicable, will be refunded after inspection.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and insurance type and typically range from $1,000–$3,500.
Can international drivers rent from Naples Exotics?
Yes. International drivers may rent with a valid passport and driver’s license from their home country. Additional insurance requirements and security deposits may apply. Final terms are determined case by case.
Do you offer insurance?
Insurance options may be available for international or select renters through third-party providers. Domestic renters must provide their own insurance. Please contact us for details.
Is auto insurance required to rent an exotic car?
Yes. Renters are required to carry full-coverage auto insurance, including liability, comprehensive, and collision. Minimum coverage limits are 100/300/100.
Do you run driving record checks?
Yes. Naples Exotics reserves the right to run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check on all renters to verify eligibility.
Do all renters need to be present at delivery or pickup?
Yes. The primary renter must be physically present at the start of the rental so our team can verify identification and hand over the vehicle directly.
How old do you have to be to rent from Naples Exotics?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record. All renters are subject to license and driving history verification prior to approval.
